NutraMarck delivers products across India through trusted logistics and delivery partners, subject to serviceability.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.

Unforeseen operational circumstances
2. Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination, courier availability and other operational factors.
The estimated delivery timeline, where available, will be communicated during checkout or through order-related updates.
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed.
4. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers may receive shipment tracking information through their registered email address, mobile number or other applicable communication channel.
5. Delivery Delays
We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.
However, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, natural events, courier-related issues or other operational circumstances.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges or delivery limitations may apply.
7. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address or cannot be contacted, the shipment may be re-attempted or returned to us according to the logistics partner’s process.
8. Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us because of repeated delivery failure, incorrect address or other customer-related reasons, please contact our support team for available options.
9. Damaged Package
If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please document the condition of the package and contact us as soon as possible.
