Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:

Incorrect or different from the product ordered
Tampered with

Expired
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

Product name
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the outer package
Clear photographs/videos of the product
Any other information reasonably requested by our support team
Our team will review the request and, where applicable, provide an appropriate resolution such as replacement or refund.
3. Returns of Consumable Products
For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, opened or used consumable products may generally not be eligible for return unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, tampered with or otherwise covered under applicable consumer rights.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or applicable payment mechanism.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
5. Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability
If we are unable to fulfil an order due to product unavailability or another operational reason after payment has been received, we will initiate an eligible refund through the applicable payment process.
